Open a buy page (TikTok, Instagram, or Snapchat), pick quantity, quality tier, and speed, then checkout with your email and public @handle.
OrdersDo you need my password?+
Never. We only need a public username/handle. Anyone asking for your password is not us.
OrdersHow long does delivery take?+
ETA is shown in the pack builder before you pay. Standard is usually a few days; Priority is faster. Large packs take longer.
OrdersCan I buy views and likes too?+
Yes. Switch product inside the same builder on any buy or pricing page.
QualityWhat is the Real-engagement tier?+
A middle tier focused on higher-quality signals than Standard, with a slower, more natural-looking curve. Managed adds tighter QA and strategy notes.
QualityWill I get banned?+
No honest shop can promise zero risk. Platforms can enforce rules anytime. We pace delivery and refuse password-takeover methods to reduce risk.
QualityWhat are real vs fake followers?+
“Real” should mean accounts that look like people with activity — not empty bot shells. See our Real vs Fake guide for how to judge quality.
PaymentsWhat payment methods do you accept?+
Stripe Checkout when configured (cards). Without Stripe keys the site runs demo checkout for testing.
PaymentsDo you offer refunds?+
See the Refund Policy. Refills apply inside the stated window for eligible drops. Change-of-mind after delivery starts is generally not refundable.
PaymentsWhere is my order status?+
After checkout you land on /order/YOUR-ID. Keep that link and confirmation email.
AccountsDoes my profile need to be public?+
Yes for most packs. Private profiles often cannot receive delivery.
AccountsCan I order for someone else?+
Only if you are authorized and the handle is public. You are responsible for compliance.
QualityWill followers engage with my content?+
Not guaranteed. Packs change social-proof metrics. Comments, saves, and customers still come from creative, offer, and distribution.
OrdersWhat if I typed the wrong @handle?+
Contact support immediately with your order ID. If delivery has not started we can often correct it; after delivery starts, wrong-handle orders may not be recoverable.
PaymentsIs demo checkout a real charge?+
Demo mode records an order without charging a card. When Stripe keys are configured, Checkout charges normally and still shows ETA before pay.
